Photography is a unique way of creativity where you can create what you think through the magic of your lens. A good imagination is a plus point where you are looking forward to making a career in this field. The course covers the theory and practice of photographic systems designed to permit analysis. Included are operational characteristics of the camera, developing, polishing your creativity. Students gain basic experience not only in the use of fundamental equipment but also in proper planning, set-up and techniques through a series of practical experiments. Our goal is to help you meet every eventuality and take advantage of every opportunity, by giving you all the practical and theoretical training you need. And by fostering an atmosphere of inquiry and encouraging you to take risks, we help you discover the outer limits of what you can do and what can be done with the medium...

WHAT CAN YOU BE AFTER THE COURSE ?

Being a photographer means being quick on your feet. Not just to seize that fleeting image but also to keep up with the possibilities brought by each new technological innovation. The area of scope for photography has increased tremendously in the past few years. Initially considered to be of use in just the print media photography it has now acquired tremendous potential in fashion photography, product photography for corporate, modeling portfolio and many such applications. WHAT IS THE COURSE CURRICULUM ?

Introduction of photography including history, Types of cameras, Different light sources, Study of Aperture and shutter Speed, Over & Under Exposures, Types of Lenses, Introduction to lights and effects, Different types of photography, Processing, printing and enlarging, Models & speed effects, Critical Analysis of work, Display of work or Exhibitions photography.....etc.

PRACTICAL TRAINING & ASSIGNMENTS

Note :-Students should have access to a SLR camera as 75% of the course will involve practical training and hence all materials for shooting will be organized by the students.
